The Education and Training Evaluation Authority, represented by the National Center for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation, and the National Labor Observatory, signed a cooperation agreement to exchange data and information, and to measure graduate employment indicators and the quality of their jobs, under the auspices and presence of His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, and His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors The Education and Training Evaluation Authority, Dr. Khaled bin Abdullah Al-Sabti, and in the presence of the Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund, Mr. Turki Al-Jawini, today, at the authoritys headquarters in Riyadh.The agreement, signed by the Executive Director of the National Labor Observatory, Dr. Osama Al-Jumaili, and the Executive Director of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation, Dr. Muhammad Bashmakh, aims to enhance joint cooperation and exchange of data and information between the two sides to support and enhance the participation of graduates in the labor market. In order to achieve the objectives of the Human Capacity Development Program and the Kingdom Vision 2030, and to contribute to raising the quality of the work, education and training sectors and their efficiency to the highest international levels, publishing performance indicators, measuring impact and developing products based on facts and data.The agreement also contributes to supporting decision-making by policy makers, and enhancing the alignment between education and training outputs and the needs of the labor market.It is noteworthy that the Education and Training Evaluation Authority works to ensure and raise the quality of education and training outputs and raise their readiness for the labor market, in cooperation with all national authorities and specialized bodies to identify and update learning outcomes of knowledge and skills required in the labor market in each discipline, in addition to measuring indicators about employment rates. And the results of graduates in professional and standardized tests and other indicators that focus on the quality of outputs. The National Observatory works on building indicators and preparing statistical and analytical reports, studies and research related to the labor market that contribute to providing information that supports strategic and operational decision-making, and supports the formulation of policies supported by facts, numbers and statistics, as well as assessing the impact of those policies and anticipating the future of the market.
