The study aims to meet the challenges of the needs of the workforce in the field of communications and information technology. The challenges of filling in jobs determine the specializations required in the current and future labor market. In addition, it identifies the current and future education outputs in the fields of communications and information technology, and the labor market's need for those outputs. This will be contributing to the localization of jobs in the economic domain by reducing unemployment rates and directing training and development to the skills required in the field. The study methodology relied on (4) executive stages, with each stage concerned with the completion of a number of elements for the scope of work. This was how the study was divided into four stages with each having its own requirements

This study explores workplace stress among nurses working in pediatric intensive care units (PICU) in Saudi Arabia. The study assumes that workplace stress experienced by nurses working in intensive care units can affect health, quality, nursing care delivery and health care costs. The study is the first of its kind as it addressed pediatric intensive care units, specifically workplace stress in the context of Saudi Arabia. The results revealed that stress in the place of work is linked to workload. Excessive work and the catering to the patients and their families could cause death. The study concluded that a moderate level of workplace stress could be permitted. The study recommended that the workplace place for nurses must be a highly rewarding environment. And the study also proposed that the work environment for nurses must be evaluated periodically. This should come along with the requirement to raise the awareness ness for healthcare professionals, and in providing the insights on the ways to enhance understanding and respect for the nursing profession in Saudi Arabia
This study aims to identify and analyze the most important obstacles and challenges facing small enterprises in solving the problem of unemployment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the period (2010-2021). By clarifying the concept of small enterprises, their characteristics, and the challenges they face, will be apparent as far as the concept of unemployment is concerned. The study helps highlight the obstacles facing small enterprises in reducing unemployment such as inflation and financing. The study used descriptive and analytical approaches together. The results of the study reached the conclusion that the obstacles of small enterprises do not affect unemployment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, the results reached recommend that decision-makers must increase the focus on the small enterprises sector and provide the necessary support for it. It recommended the promotion of research and innovation as well with the aim of diversifying the productive base and motivating Saudi youth to invest, besides, the increasing of training courses in managing small enterprises and in raising the skill of national workers
The study relied on the scientific method upheld the latest scientific studies published locally, regionally, and internationally in the fields of humanities. The study aims to highlight the factors affecting the calculation of labor indicators that benefit from them, to raise the level of awareness of the labor market producer indicators and to locate their beneficiary and advertising aspects among the society. That type of research contains a special section for each of the three main factors affecting the production of labor market indicators: The quality of data, the quality of data collection tools, and the quality of statistical analysis methods. The study contributed to the presentation of the factors affecting the measurement and calculation of labor market indicators. They were summarized to reflect the dimensions of data quality appropriate for calculating labor market indicators, and the most prominent standards of the quality of the data collection tool, especially the standards of honesty and stability. This is also related to the standards of quality of statistical analysis, and the study concluded by highlighting the fact that employing a bad tool in the process of collecting data or benefiting from bad data is a waste of effort, time, and money. The study recommends the need to take into account all quality standards for calculating labor market indicators before utilizing them in order to make decisions or developing strategic and operational plans for those labor market beneficiaries
