This study aims to know the future roles of Saudi scholarship students to meet the needs of the Saudi labor market in light of the Kingdom's vision (2030). The study used information from future methodology studies based on the Delphi method in obtaining the necessary data. The study sample is to know the opinions of experts and specialists about the future expectations of the roles of scholarship students to meet the needs of the Saudi labor market. It applies to three scientific rounds. And the study reached a set of roles the most important of which are: The transferring of knowledge and best international practices, contributing to the Saudization of jobs that require high skills and rare specializations to reach self-sufficiency and to meet the needs of the Saudi labor market. In addition, it called for the specialization in development fields that enhance the national economy such as technology, nanotechnology, renewable energy and other disciplines in line with the requirements of the Kingdom's Vision (2030)

The study aims to assess the reasons for the suitability of Saudi graduates who graduated from education and training institutions in Saudi Arabia to the requirements of the labor market by identifying the obstacles that prevent achieving the compatibility between the outputs of education and training institutions and the needs of the labor market. It evaluates the programs that have been designed for the private sector, in addition to evaluating the methods of their implementation. The study is to know the extent of the focus on disciplines as far as the theoretical and scientific aspects of training programs are concerned. It measures the impression of graduates regarding the education and training programs, and the level and the capabilities of trainers and training bodies.The study concluded that there is a mismatch between the needs of the Saudi labor market and the skills of training and of education institutions in relation to graduates. The study recommends the preparation of an integrated policy and having a plan to bridge the qualitative gap between education outputs and labor market requirements. This will be in line with the requirements of the private sector and for the development of educational curricula and policies
