Under the patronage and in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Qassim Region – may God protect him – and with the attendance of His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Abuthnain, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Labor, the National Labor Observatory participated in the national training campaign “Wad” launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. The campaign was inaugurated in Qassim Region, and the “Wad” Skills and Training Forum, along with an accompanying exhibition, were held at the King Khalid Cultural Center in Buraidah.

This participation comes as part of the Observatory’s ongoing efforts to highlight its role in supporting decision-makers through modern data and indicators, and to showcase its most prominent tools and platforms specializing in labor market analysis and interpretation, amidst significant interaction and interest from attendees. This contributes to supporting human capital development and raising awareness of labor market requirements.

The Observatory's pavilion was honored by a visit from His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Labor, Dr. Abdullah Abuthnain, and a number of other dignitaries and officials, who were briefed on the Observatory's key initiatives and efforts in supporting the labor market system.

His Excellency the Executive Director of the Observatory, Dr. Mohammed Gharawi, participated in the "Volunteer with Your Expertise" initiative by providing direct professional consultations and dialogue sessions with students and visitors. During these sessions, he shared his professional experiences and insights on labor market trends and future skills requirements.

This forum is part of a series of skills and training forums organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in various regions of the Kingdom. The Observatory intends to continue its collaboration with the Ministry in other regions to support knowledge of the labor market and enhance readiness for future career opportunities.
