The total number of employees in the private sector stands at 11,274,689.

Breakdown of Saudi Workers:

There are 2,356,829 Saudi nationals working in the private sector.

 Among these, 1,386,593 are men and 970,236 are women.

Breakdown of Non-Saudi Workers:

The non-Saudi workforce comprises 8,917,860 employees.

This group includes 8,552,960 men and 364,900 women.

New Entries into the Private Sector:

 In April 2024, 18,535 Saudi nationals entered the private sector for the first time.
