The Saudi labor market in the private sector achieved a new historical record in January 2024, with the total number of workers reaching 11,054,576, including 2,327,858 citizens and 8,726,718 expatriates.
Specifically, the number of citizen workers comprises 1,375,478 males and 952,380 females. As for expatriates, they include 8,386,925 males and 339,793 females.
A total of 32,447 citizens joined the private sector for the first time in January 2024.
